400L Mild steel jacketed melting tank with slow speed mixer. Last used for mixing and keeping warm, confectionary cream. 2 inch outlet. 690mm dia x 1070mm high. Mixer: 3 Phase, 415V, 0.25kW, 8RPM. Tank is heated via a 193 Watt electric element with temp controller. Current set point is 60C. Maximum set point 110C. 2 Hinged lids with cutout saftey switches.
