Stainless steel food blancher with steam injection. Last used on potatoes but could be used for nuts or other vegetables. The blancher barrel is 2.9m long x 700mm dia, it has an internal screw auger with perforated flights to move the product along. At the end of the barrel is a discharge wheel that discharges the product from the barrel and leaves the water in place.
