Mentpack Automated Icy Pole Manufacturing & Packaging Line Complete 10-Lane Form, Fill & Seal Production Line This used Mentpack Icy Pole Line is a fully automated industrial packaging system designed for the high-volume production and packaging of liquid-filled icy poles (ice blocks/Zooper Dooper style). Manufactured by Mentpack Packaging Machinery, the line integrates liquid storage and dosing, 10-lane form-fill-seal technology, product conveying, secondary bundling and metal detection into one complete production setup. The system features a 10-lane filling station, allowing multiple icy poles to be produced simultaneously for efficient, high-output manufacturing. Flavours can be dosed directly into the base liquid at the filling stage, providing the flexibility to produce multiple flavours within the same production run.
